Booking Terms and Conditions
The days of arrival and departures are fixed according to the Suite or Villa chosen.
- Weekly rental from friday to friday: Villa Maquis, Umbria, Palombaggia, Isula.
- Weekly rental from saturday to saturday: Villa Carataggia, U Niddu, Sperone, Santa Giulia.
- 3 nights minimum stay – NO arrival/departure on friday or saturday: Jr Suite Casarella & Autentica + Pool Suites.

You can take occupation of the villa from 17:00 to 20:00, at the latest, on the day of arrival and vacate it from 09:00 to 10:00, at the latest, on the day of departure.
An inventory and checking of all fixtures will be done following every departure while the villas are being cleaned (inform reception within 24 hours about any issues you may have noted).
- A security deposit amount ranging from €1000 to €1,500 (depending on the accommodation type) will be asked upon arrival and will be refunded after your departure, except in the event of damage noted.
- The booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit is received.
- Two copies of a rental contract including the Resort’s house rules will be sent to you, and will have to be signed and sent back to finalise your reservation file.
- The remaining 50% balance have to be paid one month prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For any cancellation made less than 2 months before your arrival, the 50% deposit is charged and non refundable, no matter the reason of the cancellation.
For any cancellation made less than 1 month prior arrival, the full amount of your stay is charged and non refundable, no matter the reason of the cancellation.
We strongly advise you to suscribe to a travel insurance. We can recommend CHAPKA INSURANCE, which have to be suscribre at the latest 48h after the booking confirmation.
- Please note that an amount of €120 to €160 (depending on the accommodation type) might be charged on your security deposit in case the state of cleanliness of your house is not good enough at your departure. (Bin emptied, fridge emptied, dishes cleaned). Thank you.
- Pets are not allowed.
